Shipping Policy
Overview
RHYSHIELD is committed to providing reliable and timely shipping for all heavy-duty truck parts to our customers across the United States and Canada. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer for custom-made items or during peak seasons. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We partner with leading carriers like FedEx and UPS to offer a range of shipping options. Transit times begin once the carrier picks up the package.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package weight, and dimensions.
- Expedited shipping and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada are not eligible for free shipping and will incur additional charges.
Shipping to Canada

Duties & Taxes: All prices listed on our site are in USD. Canadian customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes (such as GST/HST/PST), and brokerage fees imposed by Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). These fees are not collected by RHYSHIELD and are payable to the carrier upon delivery.
- Customs Delays: We fill out all necessary customs documentation accurately. However, customs clearance is beyond our control and may cause delivery delays.
Order Tracking & Delivery
- You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
- Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. RHYSHIELD is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Signature Requirement: For your security, orders over a certain value may require an adult signature upon delivery. You will be notified if this applies.
- The carrier will make delivery attempts per their policy. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, reshipping fees will apply.
Freight/LTL Shipping for Oversized Items
Large items like certain bumpers, deer guards, or hoods ship via Freight or Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers.
- Quotes for these items are provided upon request and require a commercial/business address for delivery.
- Residential delivery or additional services (liftgate, inside delivery) may incur significant extra fees payable to the carrier.
- Inspection is Mandatory: You must inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage or shortages on the receipt. Failure to do so may void your damage claim.
Damaged or Lost Packages

Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

Report Damage: If you notice visible damage to the box or product, take photos and contact our Customer Service at [Your Support Email/Phone] within 48 hours of delivery. Do not install a damaged part.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us immediately.
