At RHYSHIELD, we stand behind the quality of our heavy-duty truck parts. Your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the process for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping. To cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Returns & Eligibility
Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return Authorization (RMA) is mandatory. You must contact us to request an RMA number before shipping any item back. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, shows signs of installation, use, or damage not present upon delivery.
- Items specifically noted as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page.
- Opened software or electronic components.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Return Process & Shipping

Contact Us: Email [your email] or call [your phone number] to request an RMA and instructions.

Pack Securely: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RMA number inside and on the outside of the box.
- Ship: Ship the package to the address we provide using a trackable and insured service. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
- Refund Amount: The refund will be for the price of the product(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
- Wrong or Defective Items: If you receive a defective item or the wrong part due to our error, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and expedite a correct replacement or full refund.
